- $100 (cost doubles when permit not acquired prior to start of project)
- The PARCEL NUMBER IS REQUIRED for the Land Use Permit Application to be approved.
- Zoning Board of Appeals Special Meeting:
- Newspaper Notification (actual cost, ~$60-$80)
- Salaries ($50 per ZBA member, Clerk and Zoning Administrator)
- Notification Costs for Neighbors and Board Members (actual cost, ~$20)
- Special Exception Use Application:
- $100 (cost doubles when permit not acquired prior to start of project)
- Planning Commission Public Hearing Meeting:
- Newspaper Notification (actual cost, ~$60-$80)
- Salaries ($50 per PC member, Clerk and Zoning Administrator)
- Notification Costs for Neighbors and Board Members (actual cost, ~$20)
- Land Division Application:
- $100 per split (i.e. a single parcel split into four parcels = $400)
- Parcel Combination Application:
- $100 per Parcel Combination Application
- Senior Center Rental:
- $300 ($200 + $100 Cleaning Deposit)
- Cleaning Deposit Increased to $100 effective July 9, 2024
- Senior Center Pavilion Rental:
- $70 ($50 + $20 Cleaning Deposit)
