  • Land Use Permit Application:
    • $100 (cost doubles when permit not acquired prior to start of project)
    • The PARCEL NUMBER IS REQUIRED for the Land Use Permit Application to be approved.
  • Zoning Board of Appeals Special Meeting:
    • ​Newspaper Notification (actual cost, ~$60-$80)
    • Salaries ($50 per ZBA member, Clerk and Zoning Administrator)
    • Notification Costs for Neighbors and Board Members (actual cost, ~$20)
  • Special Exception Use Application:
    • $100 (cost doubles when permit not acquired prior to start of project)
  • Planning Commission Public Hearing Meeting:
    • Newspaper Notification (actual cost, ~$60-$80)
    • Salaries ($50 per PC member, Clerk and Zoning Administrator)
    • Notification Costs for Neighbors and Board Members (actual cost, ~$20)
  • Land Division Application:
    •  $100 per split (i.e. a single parcel split into four parcels = $400)
  • Senior Center Rental:
    • ​$250 ($200 + $50 Cleaning Deposit)
  • Senior Center Pavilion Rental:
    • $70 ($50 + $20 Cleaning Deposit)
  • Omard Cemetery Burial Plot (One Gravesite):
    • $300 Flynn Township Resident
    • $500 Flynn Township Non-Resident
  • Fire Runs within Flynn Township:
    • $1,500 per run
