The key may be picked up and returned the day of the rental at the residence of Brent Banks, 2470 Harrington Rd, Brown City, MI. Please call in advance to schedule a key pickup time (810)837-2474.
Said premises may be used for meetings, reunions, birthday parties, or and for no other purpose, without written consent of Flynn Township Board.
The Renter shall pay, in advance, as rent thereof, the sum of $250 for the Senior Center, or $50 for the Pavilion. A deposit of $50 for the Senior Center, or $20 for the Pavilion, will be returned provided the facility in use is clean at the end of the rental. If the renter cancels a reservation for the Senior Center 30 or more days in advance of the rental date, a full reimbursement will be given. If the renter cancels a reservation less than 30 days prior to their rental date, they will be reimbursed their $50 deposit. If the rental date is reserved by another party, the full reimbursement will be given.
The renter shall not assign, transfer, or sublet any part of this agreement without written consent of Flynn Township Board.
The renter shall comply with all laws of the United States, the State of Michigan, and all ordinances, rules, and regulations of Flynn Township.
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in all township buildings and on the property.
Smoking is prohibited in all buildings. Please dispose of properly.
Tables and chairs are not to be removed from the Senior Center. Do not bring in any tents, extra chairs, or tables. Leave the tables on the floor. Please do NOT fold up the tables. Chairs are to be flipped upside down on the top of the tables. Extra chairs that are stacked in the corner should be returned at the end of the rental.
Decorations are not to be taped or tacked to walls, woodwork, or ceiling. Remove all tape from the tables.
The Flynn Township Senior Center and its use are under the complete control of the Flynn Township Board which makes the rules and regulations governing such uses, including charges for rent.
If you notice a problem in cleanliness upon your arrival at the Senior Center, contact Brent Banks (810) 837-2474, or Rob Vinande (810) 705-0922, or other board members listed on entry window.
Flynn Township Board reserves all rights in the event of any disputes and/or discrepancies.
